I like the Jardin Botanica as much as everyone else, but this seems like drowning in a glass of water. When you drive through on Republica de Colombia, there is a very wide public area on the side of the Garden with a sidewalk.. at least 20 or 30 ft to the fence. I doubt what they want to do there will use much of it. And the part they're referring to is on Ave de los Proceres to Intec. If they're going to do some sort of tunnel there to get rid of the rotunda at Rep. de Colombia, that would be a good thing.
