The Celebrity Beat…The Recording Academy recently added a few new categories for the 2027 Grammys. This includes “Best Asian Pop Music Performance“, which specifically recognizes K-pop, J-pop, and C-pop. Well, BTS isn’t thrilled about it, and all seven members have refused to submit themselves for consideration. It translates to, quote, “We have decided not to enter the Grammys this year. I hope music itself can be heard and loved rather than being distinguished by region or language.”
