No mention of any Nelsons salute.‘ Ordinarily, that would be the main thrust of a marketing campaign in a music director’s final season, a big celebration and send off’ says one angry subscriber. ‘The only mention of Nelsons is an April 17 performance of Mahler Sym 3 is not included in the presale.’
