A migrant housed at Crowborough camp has been arrested on suspicion of possessing indecent images of children. The National Crime Agency (NCA) confirmed to the Daily Express that "a man in his twenties was arrested in the Crowborough area on July 10 on suspicion of possessing indecent images of children". Around 540 male asylum seekers are currently being accommodated by the Home Office. Concerns over the housing of asylum seekers in Crowborough have been widespread since the Government first announced the controversial plans. Kim Bailey, chairman of the Crowborough Shield campaign group, previously told GB News the locals felt "abandoned" by authorities.
