Lerwick Sheriff Court. A man has been ordered to be of good behaviour after causing hundreds of pounds of damage to two properties and attempting to flood a police cell. Nathan McAlpine, of the town’s St Olaf Street, previously admitted three charges at Lerwick Sheriff Court earlier this month. Sheriff Philip Mann deferred sentence for nine months and told McAlpine to be of good behaviour. Sheriff Mann added: “It’s very much in your interest to behave yourself.”
