Jay Molinos, of Bowling Green Lane, Newport, appeared before Isle of Wight magistrates on Friday, July 24. Prosecutor, Serena Edwards, said Molinos’ victim was in a mental health crisis on the day. Ms Edwards said, after his victim moved back, Molinos asked for her mobile phone number, which she typed out before leaving the room. Nick Muir, defending, said Molinos accepted that he acted in the way described and accepted the victim was vulnerable at the time. Molinos’ case was adjourned to October 9 at the Isle of Wight Crown Court, and a pre-sentence report was ordered.
