Now Only raised £1,255 in just three weeks through a series of live shows and giveaways to support War Child, a charity that helps children and families in war zones. Patrik Tarin, vocalist for Now Only, said: "We all really wanted to do the biggest thing we could to help. Performances took place at Strings Bar and Venue, Triple A Records in Newport, and The Anchor in Cowes. Isle of Wight acts Ruby and Thesis also joined the effort, appearing on the lineups for the Newport shows. Mr Tarin has a personal connection to War Child’s work through stories shared by his father, who is from Afghanistan.
