Jet 2 has opened sales for flights to Geneva from mid December 2027, with a weekly Saturday service set to allow Scottish commuters access to the best slopes in French and Swiss Alps. It comes amid "continued demand" for ski flights, according to the airline. Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com's and Jet2holidays, said: “We enjoyed another successful ski season last winter, and with skiers and snowboarders already looking ahead to Winter 27/28, we have responded by launching our ski programme for next winter from Glasgow Airport. "With perfectly timed flights at the most popular times to Geneva, we are certain next year’s ski programme, will be our best yet.” Jonathan Ford, portfolio manager at AGS Airports, said: “The launch of Jet2.com's Winter 2027/28 Ski programme from Glasgow Airport is fantastic news for Scotland’s ski and snowboard enthusiasts.
