At that price, the chain’s initial public offering of 43,478,261 shares will result in the company raising $1 billion. The chain previously said it expected its Class A common stock price to range from $21 to $25 per share. Jersey Mike’s is now the largest restaurant sector IPO since Krispy Kreme went public in 2021 at $500 million. Jersey Mike’s said it will use the proceeds from the issuance of over 13 million shares to pay off “certain indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.”
