But Deputy High Court Judge Sarah Clarke KC had dismissed this claim in April, saying Mitch “knew all along” about the sale plans and saying neither woman had attempted to hide it from him. The judge added that by pursuing his claim, Mitch “deliberately turned this case into large-scale and expensive litigation, in circumstances calculated to exert commercial pressure on the defendants to settle on his terms.
