$2.2 million raised for producers effected by Nebraska wildfiresLINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Nebraska Cattlemen Disaster Relief Fund (NCDRF) has received more than $2.2 million as many are recovering from the wildfire disaster. The fund is from more than 2,750 donors across Nebraska, 48 states and five countries. The funds from the donations will be distributed to producers who suffered property loss or damage in areas where fire was reported through Nebraska Emergency Management Association (NEMA) Watch Center. There are 25 Nebraska counties that have been reported through the NEMA Watch Center.
