The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section (SACA) is in the midst of an investigation into a sexual assault that occurred in East Ottawa on Tuesday.
At the time of the assault, the suspect was wearing a black hoodie with front pockets, brown shoulders, and brown sleeves.
Ottawa Police have released the following map to identify the exact location of the assault, relative to Truro and Carpenter, in an attempt to find witnesses.
Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area of Truro Street and Carpenter Way (see map) at approximately 5:00 p.m. on July 28 to contact police.
