A COVENTRY woman has been banned from keeping pets after a dog starved to death on her narrowboat.
When she arrived she was taken onboard and shown the body of a Labrador-type dog, Milo.
Upon inspection, I could see that his ribs, spine, and hip bones were clearly visible, indicating an extremely poor body condition.”
ARO Andrews added: “Scooby was very underweight, with visible ribs and a tucked abdomen.
Milo weighed just 42.7lb, with a body condition score of one out of nine.
