EASTHAMPTON — A major $45 million project that calls for affordable housing on the hill between Park Street and Westview Terrace will grace the Planning Board in the coming weeks. Additionally, the units must be affordable for at least 50 years due to a restriction that will be placed on the site. The plans also state that the Park Street side of the project will be the primary access point for cars entering/exiting. Gertman said that each building will have fully accessible ground units and NRP will have full-time staff on site. Aside from income-restricted housing, they also specialize in luxury housing all across the country.
