The Skipton based Principle Trust Children’s Charity has received a £5,000 gift from The Fence Club to provide respite breaks for seriously ill children and their families. The Fence Club, a UK children’s charity and networking group founded in 1950, made the donation to support children and hospice care. Mike Davies MBE, Founder of The Principle Trust Children’s Charity, said: "It is always an honour to receive generous donations such as this one. Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice provides nursing care, hydrotherapy, creative therapy, memory-making activities and bereavement support for families. The Principle Trust believes these respite breaks do more than offer temporary relief.
