Haverfordwest-based Pembrokeshire Chocolate Co. has been recognised with three 1-star Great Taste awards in the 2026 entries, organised by the Guild of Fine Food and trusted by food lovers and retailers alike. Their Seaweed, Dark Salted Caramel, and Sea Salt bars impressed judges, who described the entries as 'simply delicious' during a rigorous blind-tasting process. "We only launched just over a year ago, so for three of our bars to be recognised by the Great Taste judges is a real vote of confidence in what we’re doing." Each bar is made using Welsh ingredients, including dulse from St Davids’ Câr-y-Môr ocean farm and Halen Môn sea salt from Anglesey. Judges praised the Seaweed bar as 'an innovative product' and described it as 'a long and lingering mouthful'.
