Stillwater, OK - Donna Louise Patton Folger, aged 93, passed away peacefully July 29, 2026 after a long decline from dementia & recurrent strokes. She met Dale Folger the spring of 1951- he gave her a rose that first date that she pressed & had framed. When Dale was posted to Hokkaido, Japan, Donna returned home but soon enrolled at Oklahoma A&M to continue work on her degree. Following Dale's discharge, they both went back to Oklahoma A&M, Dale to get his Masters & Donna to complete her degree in Family Relations & Early Childhood Development. Dale began his career with the Farmer's Home Administration & Donna began a long career of dedicated volunteerism in a variety of capacities.
