Kara Tallentire, from Penrith, is prohibited from entering numerous locations in her hometown for one year, including Castle Park, Morrisons, McDonald’s, Penrith train station, and the surrounding area up to B&Q. Other restricted areas include Penrith bus station, New Squares, Sainsbury’s, Ullswater Community College, the cricket club, and the Tim Hortons area. The injunction, granted by Carlisle County Court on July 23, was secured by Eden’s Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT). The NPT has identified Tallentire as being involved in crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour in Penrith town centre.
