The CBO, secured by Eden Neighbourhood Policing Team, prohibits her from entering several Penrith shops, including M&S, Booths, Home Bargains, Morrisons, and Spar, as well as specific locations such as Skiddaw View, Griffin Yard, and Pategill Road. Community Beat Officer PC Green said: "Buckley’s criminal and anti-social behaviour has had a huge impact on local businesses. "This order will prevent Buckley from further criminality and help protect business owners and local residents in Penrith." Officers say the CBO is part of wider efforts to address anti-social behaviour and repeat offending in the community. Violating a CBO can result in up to five years in prison.
