The graduates from Dorset-based specialist college SWRAC completed the supported internship programme at Amazon’s Poole distribution centre, becoming the first cohort from the college to take part in the scheme. The interns spent a year working across different departments with the support of Amazon staff, a SWRAC tutor, and a Discovery job coach. Julian Gomez, centre manager at Amazon, said: "I would like to congratulate all our interns who have worked so hard and become such a valuable part of our team."
