Telecom Namibia stated it remained committed to strengthening its network, expanding digital connectivity and supporting Namibia’s socio-economic development through world-class telecommunications and ICT services. Perny has been at the helm since the end of June following the resignation of Dr Stanley Shanapinda. Shanapinda’s tenure was characterised by a sharp division between strategic modernisation and public backlash over severe service failures.
