VitalityLife has partnered with Swiss Re’s PromiseXP, deploying the claims assessment technology across its term and whole of life (WoL) business. This new technology will support how the insurer tackles claims triage, assessing the complexity and risk profile of each claim from the outset, and helping route claims through the most appropriate assessment pathway.
