Devon Allen Bell, 28, of Antwerp is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility. 3:05 p.m. – Deputies responded to an area of Bevington Road in York Township for a report of suspicious activity at an abandoned property. Jeffery Lee Allen Kallas, 25, of Van Wert is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.
