Hoops Rumors
Mac McClung, a two-time NBA G League MVP who won the award for a second time this spring, is considered “increasingly likely” to continue his playing career overseas, reports Donatas Urbonas of BasketNews.
According to Urbonas, multiple teams in the EuroLeague have registered interest in the free agent guard.
McClung appeared in 40 total games for the Windy City Bulls during the 2025/26 season, averaging a whopping 29.5 points per game on .515/.384/.779 shooting.
Although McClung, a three-time slam dunk contest champion, has only made 17 career NBA regular season appearances, he no longer has any two-way eligibility remaining, since those 17 outings were spread across four seasons.
Finding a spot on a standard roster to open the NBA season is probably a long shot, which explains why the 27-year-old is considering his options in Europe.
