For someone who had never been to Minnesota, U.K. pop star Olivia Dean certainly did her homework. Dean left no doubt that she deserved the Grammy for best new artist she received in February. The more Dean talked, the more the layers of meaning behind "The Art of Loving" were revealed. Dean ended with her biggest hit, "Man I Need," a sophisticated, jazzy bop with confetti exploding during the final chorus. What a way to wrap up an evening that left no question that Dean is the woman we need now.
