A successful charity darts tournament was held at The Monty Club, Newtown, in memory of a loving husband, father, and grandfather. The event brought together family, friends, and members of the local community for a day of sport, remembrance, and fundraising. Organiser Sarah Corbett said: "The event was organised to honour my dad's memory while supporting Dementia UK, a charity that provides invaluable help to people living with dementia and their families. "Throughout the competition, there was a wonderful atmosphere, with players of all abilities taking part, sharing stories, and enjoying the occasion. "Together, your generosity helped us raise £305 for Dementia UK."
