SBP’s Foreign Reserves Fall by $229 Million to $17.03 Billion

During the week ending July 24, 2026, SBP’s foreign reserves decreased by $ 229 million to $ 17,029.9 million.
The decline in SBP’s foreign reserves is due to external debt repayments.
During the week ending July 17, 2026, SBP’s foreign reserves increased by $ 33 million to $ 17,258.6 million.
The largest recent increase came during the week ending May 15, when SBP reserves climbed by $1.214 billion to $17.081 billion.
In earlier weeks, SBP reserves recorded smaller increases of $17 million, $23 million and $730 million.
