Jayden Cammock, of Plover Gardens on Walney, is alleged to have caused the death of Timothy Jolley, 19, by driving his Audi A4 dangerously on the A5087 Coast Road near Priors Lea, Rampside. He is said to have committed the offence on June 6 last year. He will appear for the first time before District Judge Philip Holden at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
