World No 50 Justin beat the Indonesian shuttler, who is ranked seven rungs above him in the international standing, 14-21, 21-11, 21-14 in a match lasting 51 minutes at the Taipei Arena, Taiwan. In a last-eight match tomorrow, Justin will face either Indonesia’s Richie Duta Richardo or South Korea’s Yoo Tae Bin in this World Tour Super 300 championships. Zii Jia’s best performance since his return came at the Canada Open last month, where he reached the semi-finals.
