Gov. Josh Shapiro has sued the Trump admin dozens of times. Here’s everything to know about those lawsuits.

Shapiro said in a statement that the Trump administration claimed the grants “no longer effectuate agency priorities.” The Trump administration had not filed an appeal as of July 30. The Trump administration appealed the ruling to the U.S. Court of Appeals the next day, where it currently resides. The Trump administration and a dozen states that filed to intervene in the case in favor of Trump appealed the judge’s ruling. Per the Shapiro administration, Pennsylvania stands to lose $6 million in funding.
