A TV series about late Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani is in the works, it has been confirmed.
Italian production company Lux Vide, which is owned by Fremantle, has been given the green light on the project, which will be supported by the Giorgio Armani fashion house.
The upcoming series, which is still untitled, will be directed by Turkish-Italian filmmaker Ferzan Özpetek, who recently enjoyed success with his 2024 comedy-drama Diamonds.
He was later recognised as the most successful Italian designer, with his brand expanding into music, sport, and luxury hotels.
