Construction of the geothermal heating plant in Sochaczew, Poland is progressing well, with only finishing touches remaining and two absorption heat pumps and high-temperature boilers already delivered on site.
This follows the dismantling of the old thermal plant and the start of construction of the new heating plant which was reported earlier this year.
Through this setup, about 40% of the heat produced in the heating plant will come from renewable sources.
This will involve the installation and testing of equipment including water pumps, valves, filters, and pipelines.
Overall, about 50% of the work for the entire project (including heat network construction) has been completed.
