RED the Steakhouse (28869 Chagrin Blvd.) will open its new restaurant at Eton Chagrin Boulevard on Thursday, August 13. “We have been looking to get back on the Chagrin corridor since after Covid,” says owner Gregg Levy. Petkovic worked with Richardson Design to refashion the former Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse at Eton into a completely new restaurant. “This is going to be the premier place to have a business lunch, a martini lunch.”
