Interns Fishing Trip by Emerald DavidWith just a few days remaining until the closure of this year’s internship program, our interns participated in the most anticipated activity for the entirety of the internship program. Mr Henry and a Coast Guard officer spoke briefly with the interns about the importance of safety and exercising caution while on the vessels. Everyone was divided into groups of three where they eagerly boarded their respective fishing vessels. Excitement and nervousness beamed on their faces as this fishing trip was the first for many. The exercise with Mr. Henry, gave the interns hands-on experience about the fishing industry.
