EXCLUSIVE: San Francisco 49ers tight end and seven-time Pro Bowler George Kittle is attached to make his acting debut in Dinosaurs of the Wild West, an eight-part frontier series from filmmaker Luke Sparke, creator of movie Primitive War. Kittle is due to play “an original character in the new frontier, complete with his own dinosaur,” marking the NFL star’s first on-screen acting role. Joining Kittle in the series are Jesse Kove (Cobra Kai) in a villainous role, Martin Kove (Cobra Kai), and Rachel Pizzolatto (MythBusters Jr) as The Heiress. Speaking of Kittle’s and the other cast attachments, he added: “George is someone who discovered Primitive War on his own and talked about it publicly, and that’s what brought us together. A sequel to Primitive War is also being developed by Sparke, whose other features as director include Occupation: Rainfall and Bring Him to Me.
