When asked to reveal his one and only favourite comedy movie of all time, the two-time Academy Award winner didn’t hesitate: “Withnail and I,” he responded. As well as the laughs, Nolan also gets emotional whenever he sees it, which is the mark of any great movie. “It’s a crazy comedy, but there’s a beautiful melancholy to it.”
