(ABC 6 News) — 1:51 P.M. UPDATE: The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is investigating a boating fatality that occurred on the west end of Clear Lake on Thursday morning. According to the DNR, a call was received around 8:30 a.m. about two boats that collided in the area known as Little Lake. The DNR said passengers in the other boat were not injured, and alcohol was not a contributing factor to the crash. (ABC 6 News) — First responders are at the scene of a rescue mission at a park, the Clear Lake Police Department said on Thursday. According to CLPD, their officers, Clear Lake Fire Department, Ventura Fire Department, and the Iowa DNR have responded to the scene at Lynne Lorenzen Park.
