A life of faithful service ended on July 26, 2026, when Betty Sue Reese Anderson took her final earthly breath and opened her eyes to the glory of heaven. Betty Sue Reese was born to Odie Burke Reese and Lois Nelwyn Rakes on November 30, 1936, in Deport, Texas. She filled her 89 years with love for her husband, Robert K. Anderson, whom she married on September 20, 1958, in Paris, Texas. Together they raised a son, Mikel Kern Anderson, and they served their church, neighborhood and community well. Betty quietly served the Lord as a Sunday school teacher, VBS leader, and hospitality committee member.
