A man has been charged with operating an e-scooter illegally. Around 6pm on Thursday, July 23 officers stopped a man operating an e-scooter on High Street, Forres. A man has been charged with illegal use of an e-scooter. The man was charged in connection with multiple road traffic offences and will be subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal. Constable Shand said: “I would like to remind people that the use of these vehicles in public is illegal.
