Trains across the c2c network are delayed due to a signalling system issue between Limehouse and London Fenchurch Street. Due to the fault, train services running across the whole c2c network may be delayed. Passengers whose journey's have been disrupted by more than 15 minutes may be entitled to compensation. Elsewhere in Essex, passengers have already experienced severe disruption on the Greater Anglia network, with services to and from Southend Victoria, Wivenhoe, and Elsenham cancelled throughout the morning. Services between Shenfield and Romford have also suffered from severe disruption, as all lines are running at a reduced speed.
