One lane has been closed on the M11 London-bound between Junction 9 and Junction 8 for Bishops Stortford. The AA are reporting that lane one, of two, has been closed due to a broken down vehicle. They are reporting delays of around 25 minutes, and increasing, with traffic queuing back towards Junction 9. Drivers are advised to allow for additional time if commuting through the area.
