According to a uniform citation, the Bowling Green Police Department received a call on Wednesday reporting reckless driving near 13th Avenue and Magnolia Street. The van involved had been stolen out of Meade County, authorities say. Police say as they responded, they saw the described van turn onto Chestnut Street before it ran a red light. The driver, identified as 19-year-old Kwame Rucker of Bowling Green, was detained.
