On Monday, the Allen County Sheriff’s Office and Scottsville Police Department responded to a reported death on Cottage Drive. On scene, a 1-year-old child was dead, authorities say. As a result, authorities say 22-year-old Alexandrae Price and 22-year-old Deavan Williams are charged with first-degree criminal abuse (child 12 or under). Authorities say to not assume information is not important and to allow investigators to make that determination.
