A set of fresh documents have been added to Hertsmere Borough Council's planning portal including computer generated images (CGI) of developer Ark Data Centre's vision for the Mercure London Watford Hotel site off the A41. Plans involve four large warehouses covering almost the full extent of the application site, set out around a roundabout in the centre.
