The protesters also wanted release of notifications for recruitment to vacancies in other government departments. They alleged that the Congress government, which came to power with the support of the unemployed youth, has now been neglecting recruitment. The unemployed youth demanded relaxation in the upper age limit for SI and Police Constable recruitment besides calling for release of notifications, including a mega DSC, Group – I , II, III and IV.
