Two Calgary men are wanted by police after a shooting in another southern Alberta city earlier this year. Police say the incident took place in Medicine Hat April 29, in which a man was critically injured after being shot. He was airlifted to hospital in Calgary, and continues to recover. Medicine Hat Police Service say after extensive investigation by their major crimes unit, arrest warrants have been issued for two Calgary men:Robert Bourassa, 31 years, who is accused of:• Aggravated Assault• Discharge Firearm with Intent to Wound• Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm• Careless Use of a Firearm• Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace• Two counts of Failing to Comply with a Firearms Prohibition OrderSecond suspect accused of multiple chargesLevi Chudyk, 26 years of Calgary, is accused of :• Aggravated Assault• Discharge Firearm with Intent to Wound• Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm• Careless Use of a Firearm• Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace• Pointing a Firearm• Obstructing a Peace Officer• Three counts of Failing to Comply with a Firearms Prohibition OrderPolice say if you have information on the whereabouts of Bourassa or Chudyk contact MHPS at 403-529-8481 or your local police service, and do not approach or attempt to apprehend the suspects.
