Today, perhaps most intriguingly of all, it’s using AI to test… AI. Mudit described one occasion in which their testing AI pretended to be a customer trying to rebook a flight. Unfortunately, the testing AI cheerfully played along, patiently explaining the answer instead of flagging the problem.
