Crude oil regains momentum as Middle East tensions resurge

Crude oil prices have staged a strong rebound since Tuesday’s session, driven by a renewed deterioration in the geopolitical landscape across the Middle East.
Another factor supporting prices has been estimates pointing to a decline of approximately 3.3 million barrels in U.S. crude oil inventories.
Since a substantial portion of global oil trade passes through this strategic corridor, any further deterioration could trigger another sharp rise in crude prices.
In previous episodes, attacks on refineries, export terminals, and pipelines caused significant swings in crude oil prices.
In conclusion, crude oil has regained strong bullish momentum as geopolitical risks resurface, expectations grow for tighter supply, and demand continues to show resilience.
