Creams Mill in Little Lever, delivered in partnership with Watson Homes, will deliver 154 modern, energy-efficient homes across three sites, including options for shared ownership, affordable rent, and rent-to-buy. Kirith Entwistle, MP for Bolton North East, recently toured the site and said: "Creams Mill is exactly the sort of project that I love to see and want to replicate. "We’re delivering affordable homes, and the energy efficiency elements mean it’s not just the cost of buying or rent, the bills are affordable too. Watson Homes, which is delivering the scheme in partnership with Onward Homes, has planning permission to develop a canoe school and woodland walk nearby.
