FAIRMONT - The ballot is filling up for Fairmont's city council election in November. A mix of mainly incumbents - plus three newcomers to date - have filed for the race, City Clerk Janet Keller said. Warner had served several terms after making his name as a professional photographer and former Fairmont radio personality before that. David Ice will make a run against Wade in the 5th district and Shawna Santee is seeking the office for the 8th district. Candidates must file in person at the City Clerk's office, which is located in Room 312 of the J. Harper Meredith Building in the City-County Complex, 200 Jackson St., Fairmont.
